Dein Job

Hi!

I'm Leo, running a design basketball brand for 3 years, serving 25 countries (comrade-berlin.com).

So far I've been doing customer support (email, potentially instagram DMs at some point) all myself but I struggle to keep up and therefore customers wait too long for replies. Need your help, urgently!

We are a small team of me and 2 part-time students right now.

What's in it for you:

  • fully flexible hours (work in evening, early morning, whenever fits your schedule)

  • pay raise from 16 to 17€ after first 3 months of onboarding

  • fully remote work opportunity, ideal for fitting in your schedule

The job:

  • Use our ticket system of incoming mails for easy overview and tasks

  • Help customers change order details, find out tracking information and answer questions

  • Spot gaps/technical bugs in the order flow (e.g. orders not sent for 2 days by our shipping team) and help solve them

  • Answer customers who want to know more about our custom basketballs before handing over to our design team

  • Create invoices for custom orders and track payments (so we know when design team can start)

  • Help build a high customer satisfaction

  • Work directly with me (founder) to solve questions outside of the ordinary

You're the perfect fit if:

  • You feel comfortable communicating in both German and English (50-70% in English) via email

  • You are ideally interested in interior design/art and can understand our customers in that regard

  • You like helping people and are not directly annoyed when e.g. a couple customers ask the same questions

  • You are self-motivated and don't need 10 meetings/week in order to align

Let me know why you would be a good fit and I'm happy to come back for a virtual chat :)

Best!
Leo
