About Accurids

At Accurids, we’re building the data foundation for the future of pharma. Our platform identifies, links and standardizes enterprise data for life science companies and helps them meet global regulations such as ISO IDMP. We are a small, hybrid team based in Cologne, and we work with a lot of trust, open communication and personal ownership.

Your role

As our working student, you keep our Cologne office running and make sure colleagues have what they need, whether they’re starting a new job, ordering equipment or travelling to a customer or conference. You’ll be in the office two fixed days a week and work remotely the rest of the time.

What you’ll do

Office Cologne

• Take care of mail, parcels, office supplies, drinks, cleaning, key cards and parking

• Be the first point of contact for building topics such as fire alarm and cameras, and look after phone and Wi-Fi together with our IT colleague

• Help organize office events

Procurement and equipment

• Handle orders from our Jira procurement tickets (hardware, software, trainings, supplies), including deliveries and complaints

• Prepare equipment for new colleagues and manage returns when someone leaves

Travel

• Book hotels, trains, flights and conference tickets via our Jira travel board

• Prepare a travel cost overview for each trip, which our finance team then reviews

Lists and overviews

• Keep track of contracts and subscriptions (terms, notice periods), insurance renewal dates and data protection agreements with our suppliers

What you bring

• You’re enrolled at a university in Germany and can work 16 hours per week

• You live in or near Cologne and can be in the office two fixed days a week

• You speak German and English fluently

• You work in a structured, reliable way and keep track of many small tasks at once

• You like being the person others can turn to and take ownership of your topics

• Experience with Jira or similar tools is a plus, but not required

• Hourly wage of €15 to €17, depending on your experience
