Working Student Graphic Design (🏀) - Köln

Hey! Leo here, founder of Comrade Berlin. I need help with design tasks. And have a pretty unique job opportunity to offer.

We are designing and producing basketballs for NBA clubs, fashion brands, weddings and sentimental gifts, company merch etc.!

The requests are super variable and really fun. But I can't handle it anymore with 100+ requests a month and frankly, I am not a designer, but just selftaught photoshop warrior.

Why this is a great opportunity:

• Work in small startup directly with the founder and small team
• Work 100% remote possible
• Starting salary 17€/hour but option to move up after probation period!
• No fixed working hours (as long as urgent designs are worked on every 2 days)
• You see all your work as finally produced basketballs and can learn for next balls
• It's a great practise for designing fashion/streetwear style as the fundamentals are similar (creative use of colours & patterns)

What's important (and maybe not logical):

• We have to be fast. As some basketballs are only 1 piece and not very expensive, we cannot afford for you to work 2-3 hours on a ball. Pragmatism is key!
• We do work to the client's needs. So sometimes feedback can be frustrating as in any art design role.
• We serve clients all over the world. Cultural language / behaviour of our clients can be very different between Europe, Asia, Middle East or South America
