Your tasks:
- Research support in the area of diversity & inclusion and digitization
- Literature review and analysis (e.g., pattern recognition, trends)
- Data collection support (e.g., survey programming)
- Data analysis support (e.g., coding, data cleaning, descriptive analyses)
What we offer:
- 35 hours/month (approx. January to December 2026)

Dein Profil
- Student in the field of business administration (e.g., CEMS) or psychology
- Interest in topics related to diversity & inclusion and digitization
- High degree of independence and conscientiousness
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Desirable: Experience with statistical software (SPSS, R)
