Your tasks:

  • Research support in the area of diversity & inclusion and digitization
  • Literature review and analysis (e.g., pattern recognition, trends)
  • Data collection support (e.g., survey programming)
  • Data analysis support (e.g., coding, data cleaning, descriptive analyses)

 

What we offer:

  • 35 hours/month (approx. January to December 2026)

Dein Profil

  • Student in the field of business administration (e.g., CEMS) or psychology
  • Interest in topics related to diversity & inclusion and digitization
  • High degree of independence and conscientiousness
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Desirable: Experience with statistical software (SPSS, R)
