Job Summary. As a part of the PENTAX Service organisation the role needs to apply a service attitude to external and internal customers by focusing on improving the level of service the incumbent provides. He/She should be able and willing to identify customers’ pain points, their needs and concerns. He/she should also find out what makes the customer successful and find ways to help them achieve that. A quick adaptation to a constantly and fast changing environment is necessary to deliver and ensure the professional handling of the PENTAX equipment in EMEA, which is an integral part of our business success. A pro-active approach to install new agile processes in that field as well as making suggestion to streamline existing processes is required..
