The Role 

As a Working Student, you will support our investment team across manager selection, due diligence, research, and portfolio monitoring. You will gain practical experience in the daily operations of an institutional-grade investment platform and contribute to materials used by our Investment Committee. 

What You’ll Do 

• Support screening and evaluation of external fund managers across asset classes.
• Assist with qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Prepare short notes, meeting summaries, and data extracts.
• Help maintain dashboards and datasets.
• Support performance, exposure, and risk monitoring.
• Draft concise research notes on markets, sectors, and strategies.
• Support the maintenance of our forward pipeline of opportunities.
• Contribute to slide decks and analytics for Investment Committee meetings.
• Assist with charts, KPIs, and structured analysis.
• Work with Excel, PowerPoint, and our research management systems (e.g., Bipsync).
• Help improve data quality and process efficiency.
