Du möchtest bereits während deines Studiums wertvolle Praxiserfahrung in der internationalen Pharmaindustrie sammeln? Bei uns erhältst du Einblicke in internationale Qualitäts- und Lieferantenprozesse der Pharmaindustrie und lernst regulatorische Anforderungen (GMP/GDP) kennen. Du arbeitest eng mit erfahrenen Quality Managern zusammen und kannst eigene Ideen zur Digitalisierung von Prozessen einbringen.

Wir arbeiten weltweit mit Herstellern pharmazeutischer Wirkstoffe zusammen, sorgen dafür, dass höchste Qualitäts- und Compliance-Standards eingehalten und weltweite Lieferketten sichergestellt werden. In unserem kleinen internationalen Team suchen wir ab sofort eine engagierte studentische Hilfskraft (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung im Bereich Qualität.

Deine Aufgaben

• Unterstütze beim Aufbau eines modernen digitalen Dokumentenmanagementsystems und gestalte Prozesse aktiv mit
• Begleite die Bearbeitung und Strukturierung wissenschaftlicher Dokumentationen für die Qualifizierung von Wirkstoffherstellern und Produkten
• Kommuniziere mit internationalen Lieferanten auf Englisch
• Pflege und verwalte wichtige Dokumente im Supplier-Portal (QA-Portal)
• Sorge gemeinsam mit unserem Quality-Team für eine strukturierte Dokumentation und optimiere bestehende Abläufe

Dein Profil

• Eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) der Pharmazie, Biologie, Chemie, Life Sciences, Wirtschaft, Informatik oder vergleichbar
• Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams und Interesse an digitalen Tools (SAP, PowerBI)
• Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
• Kommunikationsstärke und Zuverlässigkeit
• Interesse an Qualitätsmanagement, wissenschaftlicher Dokumentation und Lieferantenmanagement

Working with manufacturers of active pharmaceutical ingredients around the world, we ensure the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance while supporting reliable global supply chains. To strengthen our small, international team, we are looking for a motivated Working Student (m/f/d) to support our Quality department.

Your Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of a modern digital document management system and actively contribute to process improvements
• Assist in the review, organization, and maintenance of scientific documentation required for the qualification of API manufacturers and products
• Communicate with international suppliers in English.
• Maintain and manage quality-related documentation within the supplier portal (QA Portal)

• Work closely with the Quality team to ensure structured documentation and continuously improve existing processes.

   

Your Profile

• Currently enrolled as a university student in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, Life Sciences, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams, with an interest in digital tools such as SAP and Power BI.
• Good written and spoken English skills.
• Structured, detail-oriented and reliable working style.
• Strong communication skills and reliability

• Interest in Quality Management, scientific documentation, and supplier management.
