
Support the operational handling and tracking of incoming customer requests through the Customer Requirements & Information Management (CRIM) system
Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across customer requests and internal response databases
Support the creation and maintenance of reporting dashboards and metrics to track CRIM performance, response times, and business impact
Assist in process documentation and improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and data transparency across functions
Prepare presentations, reports, and analytics for senior management to communicate CRIM’s progress, insights, and impact
Collaborate closely with global teams across functions, as well as regional colleagues in EMEA, APAC, and the Americas, to ensure smooth end-to-end coordination
Enrolled in a Master’s or advanced Bachelor’s program in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Process Management, Sustainability Management, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
Strong analytical mindset and hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting, or process management (e.g., through studies, internships, or projects)
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is an advantage
Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages (e.g., Japanese, German) are a plus
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment
A proactive, collaborative mindset with an interest in cross-functional work and business process optimization
Basic understanding of sustainability and compliance-related topics (e.g., ESG, EHS, BCM) is an asset, but not a requirement
