Join us at Procuros as a working student in Customer Solutions.
You’ll support our customers during onboarding, handle first-level support tickets, and help structure internal workflows that keep operations running smoothly.
You’ll work 15–20 hours per week alongside our Customer Solutions team and gain hands-on experience in how a SaaS company operates and scales.
Be the first line of support
Manage our support inbox and ticketing system (Pylon / Linear)
Triage incoming requests, handle quick questions independently, and escalate complex issues to the right team
Track, update, and close tickets to keep our customer pipeline clean and transparent
Support customer onboarding:
Help customers get up and running smoothly, from first contact to first transaction.
Be the link between teams:
Work closely with Solutions Engineers, Product Managers, and Sales to make sure customer feedback turns into product improvements.
Ensure a stellar experience:
Help track customer progress, document insights, and prepare clear, structured communication with our clients.
Shape internal processes:
Build playbooks, improve templates, and set up metrics or dashboards that make our team faster and smarter.
Learn, build, repeat:
Take ownership of mini-projects like improving response templates, building small automations, or analysing data.
Real ownership: You’ll manage real tickets, customers, and processes from day one.
Learning & mentorship: Work side by side with experienced CS and Solutions team members.
Flexible setup: 15–20h/week, hybrid or on-site offices in Berlin & Hamburg.

You’re currently studying Business, Business Informatics, or similar and want to gain hands-on experience in a SaaS startup
You’re tech-curious and enjoy understanding how systems and integrations work
You have strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset — you like helping people solve problems
You’re structured, reliable, and detail-driven
You’re fluent in German and English
Bonus: any experience with customer support, CRM tools, or SaaS platforms
