As a working student in the Applications & Processes department, you will support Encavis in maintaining and further developing our CRM software (Salesforce) — always in close cooperation with other departments.

Your sunny outlook:

• Support the administration and maintenance of our CRM platform, including updating master data for wind and solar plants
• Perform regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Assist in building and maintaining dashboards and reports for different business units
• Support end-users with troubleshooting and handling of CRM-related issues
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Operations, Investment) to optimize CRM workflows and data structures
• Help document processes and prepare internal training materials
• Participate in ongoing digitalization projects that integrate Salesforce with other business tools
