Dein Job

Turning renewable energy into reliable performance

Are you looking for a student position where you can gain hands-on experience in renewable energy while making a real impact?

As Working Student, you will play an important role in supporting our Germany & Netherlands Asset Management team. Working closely with Asset Managers, Commercial Managers and colleagues across different functions, you will help ensure that project documentation, compliance registrations and key project data are always accurate, complete and up to date.

This opportunity is for someone who enjoys creating structure, working with data and processes, and contributing to a growing international business. At engira, we are looking for people who want to learn, develop and help shape the future of renewable energy.

The role – in a nutshell

As Working Student, you will support the commercial management of solar PV and battery storage projects across Germany and the Netherlands. Your work will help relieve Asset Managers of administrative and documentation tasks, allowing them to focus on portfolio performance and strategic priorities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and structuring project and company documentation
  • Preparing and maintaining virtual data rooms (VDRs) for transactions and due diligence processes
  • Supporting Transparency Register registrations and updates for German project companies
  • Maintaining project information in internal management systems
  • Monitoring grid operator portals and supporting invoice and payment reminder administration
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail, including team mailboxes
  • Supporting internal processes, reporting activities and compliance-related tasks
  • Identifying opportunities to improve existing ways of working and administrative processes

About you

We believe great people come from many different backgrounds.

What matters most is that you are proactive, keen to learn, and motivated by creating structure and value through your work.

We imagine that you:

  • Are currently enrolled in a relevant university programme
  • Enjoy working with data, documentation and administrative processes
  • Have a structured and detail-oriented approach to your work
  • Take ownership and follow through on tasks independently
  • Thrive in a dynamic and international environment
  • Are comfortable collaborating with different stakeholders
  • Are curious and eager to learn about renewable energy and asset management
  • Communicate fluently in German and English.
