Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Working Student to join our Sales Operations & Governance team. You will support commercial reporting, data quality, quotations, and daily sales operations while working with colleagues across Sales, Finance, Product Management, Engineering, and Operations.
The role offers practical insight into how an international sales organization works. As your knowledge and capabilities grow, you will take on increasingly independent and complex responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support KPI reporting, forecasting, pipeline visibility, and Power BI dashboards.

• Maintain commercial and CRM data, monitor data quality, and flag inconsistencies.

• Support the preparation of customer quotations and proposals, including coordination of information and documentation across relevant teams.

• Build an understanding of our product portfolio, solution configurations, and how components come together in a customer offering.

• Monitor and manage the Sales Inbox and support day-to-day commercial administration.

• Help improve commercial processes, reporting, and decision support.

Key Requirements

• Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related degree program.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence working across different stakeholder groups.

• Structured, service-minded, proactive, and detail-oriented working style.

• Strong interest in sales operations, commercial processes, data, and analytics.

• Good Excel skills and a strong focus on data quality.

• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.

• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Nice to Have

• First experience with Power BI, or motivation to learn it.

• Basic understanding of CRM systems and commercial processes.

• First practical experience through an internship or student job.

• Interest in technology and maritime solutions.

• Knowledge of German.
