As the internal support organization for DNV and DNV-owned companies, we deliver shared services within Human Resources, Finance, IT, and Real Estate & Procurement to DNV globally. Our mission is to enable DNV to grow, succeed with its business goals and improve competitiveness. Customer experience is at the core of everything we do. GSS is responsible for many of the tools, processes, and daily routines that create the backbone of DNV.

 

About the role

Join our team as a Student Assistant and support us in talent acquisition and employer branding activities with regards to student fairs and student jobs in Germany.

 

You will have a great opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in the following areas:

 

  • Support organization of student-related events and represent DNV on site
  • Internal coordination of applications received during and after career fair events
  • Establish and maintain close contact with internal DNV organization to identify job offers for students and young professionals
  • Identify and organize relevant student events all over Germany
  • Maintain an internal student network initiative and coordinate related activities
  • Support procurement of employer branding material
  • Support DNV country management in project work

Dein Profil

About you

  • Enrolled university student with a strong passion for talent acquisition and employer branding
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to engaging with others
  • Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to maintain an overview of ongoing projects
  • Ability to work independently and take personal responsibility
  • Enjoys collaborating within a team environment
  • Willingness to travel within Germany
  • Fluent in both English and German
