27KM bietet im HR / People and Culture Team in Hamburg einen vergüteten Pflichtpraktikumsplatz ab dem 01.09.2026 für 6 Monate. Mit deinen unangefochtenen Orga-Skills unterstützt und vereinfachst du den Arbeitsalltag aller - much appreciated! 27KM is offering a paid mandatory internship position in the HR / People and Culture team in Hamburg, for a duration of 6 months, starting 1st of September 2026. With your unmatched organizational skills, you will support and simplify the daily work life of everyone – much appreciated! Together with our small, dedicated P&C team, which is committed to employee satisfaction, you will help each individual develop further and look for new talents for the 27km Family.

Your Tasks

• Stellenausschreibungen erstellen, abstimmen & auf der Job-Website pflegen

• Bewerber:innenmanagement: Bewerbungen einpflegen, aussortieren, fehlende Infos anfordern, Termine koordinieren, Fachverantwortliche in Kommunikation unterstützen

• Freelance-Bewerbungen beantworten und weiterleiten

• Onboarding & Offboardingprozesse begleiten und optimieren

• Mitarbeiter:innenentwicklung durch bspw: Organisation von Teamevents, Workshops und Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten 

• Unterstützung im Betrieblichen Gesundheitsmanagement (BGM)

• Arbeitszeiterfassung und Pflege der Personaldaten (via Personio)

• Begleitung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Retention-Maßnahmen

• Create, coordinate, and maintain job postings on the job website

• Manage applicants: input applications, sort them, request missing information, coordinate appointments and support communication with responsible departments

• Respond to and forward freelance applications

• Accompany and optimize onboarding and offboarding processes

• Foster employee development through organizing team events, workshops, training opportunities

• Support and further development of existing employee retention initiatives

• Support for Workplace Health Management (WHM)

• Time tracking and maintenance of HR data (via Personio)

Skillset Checklist

• Du befindest dich in einem Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Personal, Psychologie oder etwas Vergleichbarem 

• Empathiefähigkeit ist deine Stärke 

• deine Freunde beschreiben dich als Organisationstalent

• Selbstorganisiertes Arbeiten ist für dich selbstverständlich

• du schaust gerne mal über den Tellerrand und bringst eigene kreative Ideen mit

• du hast bereits erste Erfahrungen im HR Bereich gesammelt - nice to have aber kein Muss

• sehr gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
