What:
We are looking for participants for a study on motion perception. The study involves a motion discrimination task on a computer screen. While you perform the task, we record your eye movements and reactions. Thereby, we want to find out how certain motion directions can influence motion perception.
Who:
You can take part in the study if want to support scientific research and earn a small amount of extra money. We are looking for people who:
Are between 18 and 35 years old
Have normal or sight (no contact lenses or glasses)
Have no history of neurological or current mental disorders (Migraine, Epilepsy)
Are available for three different sessions on different days. One session for training and the other two sessions to record data.
Payment:
Participants will receive a compensation of 8 Euros per hour.
Where & When:
The study takes place at the German Primate Center (Hans-Adolf-Krebs-Weg 7, 37077 Göttingen). Appointments for the session will be scheduled via email. Each session lasts approximately 1.5 to 2 hours.
