What:
We are looking for participants for a study on motion perception. The study involves a motion discrimination task on a computer screen. While you perform the task, we record your eye movements and reactions. Thereby, we want to find out how certain motion directions can influence motion perception.
Who:
You can take part in the study if want to support scientific research and earn a small amount of extra money. We are looking for people who:
- Are between 20 and 40 years old
- Have normal or corrected sight (only contact lenses, no glasses)
- Have no history of neurological or current mental disorders (Migraine, Epilepsy)
- Are available for three different sessions on different days. One session for training and the other two sessions to record data.
Payment:
Participants will receive a compensation of 8 Euros per hour.
Where & When:
The study takes place at the German Primate Center (Hans-Adolf-Krebs-Weg 7, 37077 Göttingen). Appointments for the session will be scheduled via email. Each session lasts approximately 1 to 1.5 hours.
