We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused part time Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service by answering inquiries, resolving complaints, processing orders, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The position requires 15–20 hours per week and offers a pay rate of €600 per week.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
