As a Graduate Analyst, you will have the opportunity to complete a set of placements within our Research,  Advisory, Commercial or Client Solutions teams in our Berlin office.  

  • Advisory: executing bespoke consulting projects for clients
  • Research: developing market forecast reports and original in-depth research on the future of energy systems
  • Commercial: bringing our subscription services to market
  • Client Solutions: helping clients use Aurora’s cutting-edge software and identifying the pressing issues in the energy sector. 

 

Placements will be assigned collaboratively, based on both your interests and the needs of the business at the time, you may complete a different number of placements in different teams. Upon completion of the assigned placements, you will move into a permanent position within one of our teams. This role offers:

What we are looking for

Apply to be a Graduate Analyst at Aurora if you are due to complete or have completed your undergraduate or postgraduate studies within 24 months of the commencement date.  

You will need to be available to join in October 2026
 

Required attributes: 

  • An ability to collect, analyse, and interpret complex information  
  • An ability to communicate and collaborate with a range of people  
  • Demonstrated quantitative ability and problem-solving skills  
  • Evidence working effectively in teams 


Desirable attributes: 

  • Fluency in German or any other European language is an advantage: this is not essential, but we highly value the ability to work in a second language as we develop our business across Europe.
  • Passion for sustainable solutions, green energy transition, economics, data analytics, software, strategy, or consulting.
