Postdoctoral Scholar (m/f/x) in Analysis of Learning Dynamics
The Computational Neuroscience group, led by Prof. Dr. Sen Cheng, investigates the neural and cognitive mechanisms underlying episodic memory and spatial navigation. The group is embedded in the Institute for Neural Computation, which integrates diverse core competencies spanning experimental and theoretical neuroscience, machine learning, and robotics. More broadly, Ruhr-University Bochum offers a vibrant research environment in neuroscience and cognitive science.
The successful candidate (m/f/x) will work within Project F01 of the SFB 1280, with the primary task of developing advanced algorithms to analyze learning dynamics. The role is highly collaborative.

The position is salaried and based on the collective agreement of the Länder (TV-L). If the personal and collective agreement requirements are met, the employee will receive pay grade E13 TV-L.

The place of work is Ruhr University Bochum.
If the position is funded by third-party funds the employee has no teaching obligation.
