Description:

The position will support the MaTire2Circles research project, a German-Serbian collaboration focused on developing circular economy solutions for the tire industry through waste-based materials, end-of-life tire applications, and System Dynamics modelling.

The successful candidate will support the research team with literature research, data collection and organisation, preparation of presentations and visual materials, documentation of research results, and the organisation of meetings and project events. The position also includes general administrative and project support.

We offer a varied range of tasks and interesting insights into a research project.

Start: October 2026 or later

Workload per month: From 20 up to 33 hours

Payment based at hourly rate of student assistant or research assistant at the Univesity of Stuttgart

 

Requirements

The successful candidate should have a good command of Microsoft Office, English, written and spoken, as well as strong organisational skills and a reliable, structured, and conscientious approach to work.

The ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team, together with an interest in sustainability and circular economy, is desirable.

Applicants should be currently studying Engineering Cybernetics or a similar degree programme (B.Sc. or M.Sc.).
