Research Focus:

Successful candidates will work on innovative projects in the field of organometallic and polymerization catalysis, including:

  • Design, synthesis, and detailed characterization of NHC-based Mo/W imido/oxo alkylidene metathesis catalysts and Rh–NHC complexes

  • Development and catalytic evaluation of MOF-heterogenized Rh–NHC systems for isomerization reactions

  • Investigation of Mo/W imido/oxo alkylidene NHC complexes for olefin metathesis applications

  • Exploration of tandem ethylene oligomerization–isomerization–cross-metathesis under confinement

The projects aim to combine molecular catalyst design with confinement effects in porous materials, contributing to next-generation catalytic systems.
