Intern – Data Analytics & Reporting (m/f/d) - Stuttgart

Your Mission

Develop automated reporting and analytics solutions that provide our leadership team with clear visibility into operational performance across our sites in Germany and the Czech Republic. Your work will enable faster, smarter, and more data-driven decision-making.

Your Responsibilities

• Analyze existing reporting processes and identify opportunities for improvement
• Design and develop dashboards covering production, quality, logistics, and supply chain performance
• Extract, clean, and analyze data from ERP and operational systems
• Support the development of a standardized KPI framework together with business stakeholders
• Automate recurring reports and replace manual reporting processes
• Document data structures and reporting logic to ensure sustainability and scalability
• Present insights and recommendations to operations and management teams

Your Profile

• Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Data Science, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, ideally Power BI
• Knowledge of SQL and Python or R is an advantage
• Strong interest in Business Intelligence, analytics, and process improvement
• Ability to translate data into actionable business insights
• Good English skills and German proficiency at a minimum B2 level
