We need an ambitious Growth Working Student.
Help us turn early traction into scale.
- Run (performance) marketing across channels
- Optimise campaigns for CAC and conversion
- Build campaigns that drive qualified pipeline
- Open conversations with future customers and partners
- Onboard new customers and support them in their recruiting efforts
- Track metrics and turn data into experiments
- Input to and collaborate with the product team on further development of our AI Agents

- You are ambitious: Top 20% of your year.
- Fluent in German and English
- A commercial mind comfortable with numbers and outreach
- A record of outperforming. Grades sport or something you built.
- Relentlessly ambitious. Allergic to mediocrity.
- In Berlin at least once a week
- Currently enrolled as a student
