Your tasks

• Support the development and maintenance of biomedical software
• Work on backend (Node.js and Python) and optionally frontend (React and TypeScript) components
• Contribute to the implementation and automation of CI/CD pipelines
• Assist in containerization and deployment processes using Docker
• Collaborate with researchers and developers in interdisciplinary biomedical projects
• Participate in code reviews, version control (Git/GitLab), and documentation efforts

The mission of the institute is to support the data-driven transformation in medicine and to develop new artificial intelligence technologies for personalized medicine.
