HOW YOU'LL IMPACT.
Attention to detail. You will support our team at both local and international employee events (Summer Party, Annual Conference, Winter Party, local activities, etc.) as well as at exciting customer events. To ensure we always implement the best ideas for our ‘look and feel’ in our offices and at our events, you will regularly obtain quotations from different service providers.
Focus on brand experience. You will help ensure that our brand presence remains visible and tangible – both internally and externally. In doing so, you will work on continuous awareness across all communication channels, develop creative assets, research meaningful images and assist in the design of presentations. With your passion for design and brand impact, you will help ensure that Inverto is perceived as professional and consistent in every interaction.
Diversity without limits. With us, you will have the opportunity to make connections with our international stakeholders in our office locations. You will help us implement local events and marketing campaigns in coordination with our event, marketing and communication teams.
Everything at a glance. You will support colleagues and customers in attendee management and be in contact with event, print and online service providers. You will take care of all event and marketing material deliveries.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING..
You have some experience in (international) event management and want to contribute your creativity and organizational skills in a dynamic environment.
Keeping an eye on your tasks and the specified priorities, solution-oriented thinking and reliability as well as a hands-on mentality come naturally to you. Even when things get hectic at the last minute you stay calm and relaxed.
You are currently enrolled in a training or further education programme in event management / marketing communication / media design and would like to immerse yourself in the exciting world of marketing and events.
With your ability to translate innovative ideas into visual and tangible experiences, you strengthen our brand experience.
You communicate confidently in English and German. Working in an international context, travelling and flexibility are a matter of course.
