A challenging task
- Prepare, enter, maintain and check price updates in Navision / PCC
- Carry out basic analyses using Navision and Excel
- Excel evaluations, e.g. support with price increase evaluations
- Support with the evaluation of tenders (RfQs)
- Assistance with tracking contract status or signing documents
- Compilation and updating of forecasts
- Administrative activities such as filing
Dein Profil
A convincing background
- Ongoing business studies with at least one year of study remaining, specializing in supply chain desirable
- Interest in and understanding of economic principles and procurement activities in the pharmaceutical sector
- Open-minded and proactive communication style
- Curiosity and enjoyment of working in an intercultural environment
- Reliable and meticulous way of working
- Hectic times can come, the humor remains
- Very good knowledge of German and English as well as a confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
