A challenging task

  • Prepare, enter, maintain and check price updates in Navision / PCC
  • Carry out basic analyses using Navision and Excel
  • Excel evaluations, e.g. support with price increase evaluations
  • Support with the evaluation of tenders (RfQs)
  • Assistance with tracking contract status or signing documents
  • Compilation and updating of forecasts
  • Administrative activities such as filing

Dein Profil

A convincing background

  • Ongoing business studies with at least one year of study remaining, specializing in supply chain desirable
  • Interest in and understanding of economic principles and procurement activities in the pharmaceutical sector
  • Open-minded and proactive communication style
  • Curiosity and enjoyment of working in an intercultural environment
  • Reliable and meticulous way of working
  • Hectic times can come, the humor remains
  • Very good knowledge of German and English as well as a confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
