Your mission

  • Assist with planning and coordinating events, trade shows, roadshows, training events and partner activations
  • Assist with trade marketing activities, including coordinating partner materials and supporting promotional initiatives
  • Manage and update marketing assets and archives, ensuring materials are organized
  • Assist in marketing communications by creating content for partner update newsletters
  • Manage merchandise and marketing inventory, ensuring timely distribution and stock replenishment
  • Provide administrative support by preparing presentations, reports, and maintaining marketing documentation
  • Support market research by collecting insights on competitors and customer needs
  • Coordinate administrative tasks, including schedule management and general support

 

Dein Profil

Your profile

Must-Haves:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with event coordination or trade marketing.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, or similar platforms).
  • Interest in the coffee industry is a plus!
