Working Student LC-MS/MS Applications & Technical Marketing (d/f/m) - Frankfurt am Main

We are looking for a Working Student LC-MS/MS Applications & Technical Marketing (d/f/m), based in our Darmstadt office for 3-6 months. By joining our Marketing team, you will gain hands-on experience supporting real-world analytical workflows while contributing to projects that have a direct impact on customer applications and business success. You will be responsible for supporting laboratory-based technical marketing activities related to LC-MS/MS application development and validation.

This position reports to the Senior Market Development Manager FEF EMEA and is part of the EMEA Marketing team, located in Darmstadt in an onsite role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to

Support two high-priority technical marketing initiatives focused on CTC / Surface Water Workflows and Explosives Workflows collaborating with Technical Marketing Scientists and Application Specialists by

• Generating analytical data in support of technical marketing projects

• Support for data acquisition, interpretation and preparation of technical reports and presentations

• Following laboratory safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

The essential requirements of the job include

• Basic understanding of LC-MS/MS principles, operation, and analytical workflows

• Hands-on laboratory workflow in sample preparation, analysis, and data interpretation

• Familiarity with working in a laboratory environment while following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and strong willingness to learn new analytical techniques and technologies

It would be a plus if you:

• possessed previous experience with SCIEX LC-MS/MS instrumentation and software

• were familiar with exposure to environmental, water analysis or explosives-related analytical applications

• had knowledge of analytical method development and validation concepts
