We are looking for a motivated intern to join our Sales team.

This internship is designed as an entry‑level opportunity for students or recent graduates who want to gain hands‑on experience in international sales, export operations and supply‑chain processes within a global corporate environment.

You will support the Sales team in day‑to‑day operational and administrative activities and contribute to the smooth execution of the end‑to‑end order‑to‑delivery process. The role provides exposure to real business operations and close collaboration with experienced colleagues.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Sales & Order Administration

 

  • Support the preparation of quotations, purchase orders and invoices
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date data in the ERP system
  • Verify purchase costs and sales prices against approved quotations

 

Customer & Supplier Support

 

  • Support communication with customers and suppliers regarding orders and deliveries
  • Handle routine enquiries and assist with day‑to‑day coordination activities

 

Logistics & Export Coordination

 

  • Assist in coordinating shipments with freight forwarders and customs agents
  • Prepare shipping and export documentation
  • Monitor delivery status and support timely order fulfilment

 

Operational & Administrative Support

 

  • Support basic stock monitoring and sales reporting
  • Assist in documenting quality or delivery issues
  • Maintain accurate filing of commercial and logistics documentation
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of daily work processes

 

Your Profile

 

Required

 

  • Currently enrolled student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Economics, International Trade, Logistics, Languages or a related field
  • Fluent English (working language)
  • Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Structured, reliable and well‑organised working style
  • Strong interest in international sales, export or supply‑chain operations

 

Nice to Have

 

  • Japanese language
  • German, Italian or other European languages
  • First exposure to sales, logistics or import/export processes
