FREELANCE - Family Manager (Household Manager + Childcare) - Frankfurt am Main

Part-time · 15–20 hrs/week

€1,200/month retainer

Location: Hofheim (near Frankfurt & Wiesbaden)

We’re a family in Hofheim seeking a proactive Household & Childcare Manager to keep our home running smoothly and provide a small amount of childcare each week. This is a freelance role (monthly invoice required).

The Basics

• Contract: Freelance (registered self-employed; able to issue monthly invoices)

• Compensation: €1,200/month

• Hours: 15–20 hrs/week (≈7 hrs childcare)

• Languages: German (required) plus English or Spanish (required)

• Start: January 2026

• Transport: Driver’s license and own car preferred

What You’ll Do

Childcare (~7 hrs/week)

• Supervise and engage our three school-age children (8, 6, 6) during set hours

• Keep shared areas tidy after activities

Household (remaining hours)

• Daily resets of common areas; maintain an organized, calm home

• Laundry end-to-end: wash, dry, fold, and put away

• Organize toys/children’s items; maintain simple, sustainable systems

• Light cooking: two family meals per week

• Basic housekeeping

Schedule

• 15–20 hours across weekdays; we’ll agree a predictable weekly rhythm

• Occasional flexibility appreciated

What Success Looks Like (first 4–6 weeks)

• A weekly routine for laundry, meals, and tidying is in place

• Children’s areas have clear, easy-to-maintain order

• Two straightforward home-cooked meals each week

• Kids feel safe, supervised, and engaged during your hours
