- Build wireframes and interactive prototypes directly in Python
- Translate UX concepts into functional Python-based GUI components
- Run usability reviews and gather feedback from R&D users
- Collaborate with software engineers to implement and refine UI elements
- Help maintain a consistent design system across our platforms
What You Bring
- Solid Python knowledge, ideally with PySide6/Qt or similar GUI frameworks
- Good written and spoken German and/or English
- Relevant coursework, lab, or industry experience in software development
- Interest in UI/UX design, usability, and human-centered design
- An eye for clean, intuitive, and consistent visual design
- Basic understanding of software workflows (Git) is an advantage
