Working Student (m/w/d) REACH Management - Düsseldorf

We are currently looking for a new team member to join our Logistics Strategy Department as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

• Support the handling and preparation of REACH-related requests from business departments, including the consolidation and documentation of incoming information in a central system

• Assist in reviewing and recording product compositions, as well as in checking REACH Declarations of Conformity (e.g., SVHC) and Safety Data Sheets

• Support the review and verification of documentation completeness in the areas of REACH and CLP

• Assist in monitoring and analyzing regulatory developments (e.g., REACH, CLP, PPWR, PIC)

• Support the maintenance and updating of data in the applications “PubliChem” and “ExEss”

• Assist in structuring regulatory product information and in sharing relevant requirements internally in coordination with the REACH Specialists

Your qualifications:

• Ongoing studies in chemistry, biochemistry, environmental sciences, industrial engineering, or a comparable field with a focus on natural sciences or law

• Strong interest in REACH- and CLP-related topics; initial knowledge in this area is an advantage

• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken

• Structured, detail-oriented, and independent working style, combined with strong communication skills when interacting with various stakeholders

• Confident use of Microsoft Office 365; knowledge of Power BI and Power Automate is an advantage
