Working Student in Logistics Administration (m/f/d) - Düsseldorf

PEC (Europe) GmbH is a leading Japanese automotive supplier specializing in automotive fuses. Our headquarters is in Japan, and we operate five branches worldwide to efficiently serve the global market.

We are currently strengthening our team at our Düsseldorf location by offering a working student position (Werkstudent/in) in the field of logistics at the earliest possible start date. Through structured onboarding and teamwork, you will gain valuable initial professional experience.

Type of employment: Short-term employment as a working student, part-time – flexible

Working hours: 10–20 hours per week

Duration: At least one year

Responsibilities:

• Support logistics staff in daily administrative tasks

• Coordinate and monitor logistics processes

• Prepare required shipping documents

• Work closely with customers and freight forwarders

• Build and maintain customer relationships

• Handle inquiries and feedback from customers and logistics partners

• Create material forecasts based on short- and long-term customer supply chain planning

Profile:

• Enrolled student at a state-recognized university, preferably in logistics, business administration, industrial engineering, or a comparable field

• Initial experience in logistics or inside sales is an advantage

• Proficient in standard MS Office applications, especially Excel

• Basic knowledge of VBA and/or SAP/MRP systems is a plus

• Strong analytical thinking skills and ability to work independently

• High emotional intelligence and strong team spirit

• Fluent in English and good German skills (written and spoken); French or Japanese is a plus
