Your Tasks
In the position of a Student Temp (f/m/d) for Software Development in Life Science and Diagnostics at QIAGEN, you will be making improvements in life possible – every working day. We are looking for you to help us shape our product development with skill and passion. You will support our software development teams to develop instrument control software for laboratory devices.
As a student temp you will work in our software development department in QIAGEN’s operational headquarter in Hilden, greater Düsseldorf area.
You will assist our software project managers in organizational and administrative tasks.
You will support software test and verification of our instrument software in close collaboration with our software development teams.
You will take over small programming tasks to automate recurring work sequences.
Dein Profil
Your Profile
You are a bachelor or master student in computer science, science or engineering.
You are confident in handling of all MS-Office products (MS-Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
You are a strong team player, highly organized and work independently.
You show good communication skills in both, English and German (C1 level).
Ideally you have already practical experience in software development or software testing from an internship or as a student temp.
