Founding Technical Artist | 3D & AI Visual Production (m/f/d) - Düsseldorf

For over 7 years, Philipp Hana Studios has produced high-end 3D for some of luxury's most demanding brands like Jacob & Co, Audi, Feadship, Adidas and more.

Now we're building something bigger: an AI-driven visual production system for the luxury industry.

The prototype works, the first brand conversations are happening, and I'm looking for the people to build it with me from close to the beginning.

The Role

You'll work directly alongside the founder. Two areas of ownership, but really one instinct: you take systems and make them better. First the studio's production pipeline, then the AI workflows behind the new venture that runs on the studio pipeline: R&D, tooling, and the thinking that turns a prototype into a product. This is a founding-level role.

What You'll Do

▸ Take operational ownership of the studio's production pipeline, coordination, project flow, keeping high-end work on track

▸ Rebuild how we work, with scripting, plugins, and AI wherever it makes us faster and sharper

▸ Develop the generative AI workflows behind the new venture: R&D, tooling, testing, iteration

▸ Help shape product direction and early brand conversations as the venture takes form

What You Bring

✓ A real 3D background. The one thing that can't be learned on the job

✓ A builder's instinct: you optimize, systematize, improve; you don't just execute briefs

✓ Drive that doesn't watch the clock when something matters, and comfort when the path isn't mapped

✓ Based in the Düsseldorf / Rhineland area, or ready to be here often as a lot happens in person ✓ Able to commit full-time soon ✓ Fluent English; German a plus

Amazing to have

↳ Generative AI tools (ComfyUI, ControlNet, FLUX, Stable Diffusion)

↳ Blender, Octane, Cycles Experience

↳ Python or scripting basics ↳ Interest and understanding in the luxury and high premium product world

↳ Early experience structuring pipelines, workflows, or small teams
