You will process Accounts Payable invoices and submit payments to vendors for the Markup AI Group in Netsuite
You will take care of incoming invoices, credit card receipts and travel expenses (Payhawk)
You will support the monthly closing process
You are a registered student in the field of business administration, finance, accounting, controlling, or a comparable degree program.
Ideally, you have some practical experience in accounting or controlling (e.g., from an internship or previous work-study position).
Basic knowledge of HGB accounting is a plus.
You work analytically, in a structured manner, and reliably, and can maintain an overview even when dealing with multiple tasks.
You have a strong hands-on mentality and enjoy teamwork.
You have very good written and spoken English skills, German knowledge is a plus but not necessary.
You are confident in using MS Excel; initial experience with any accounting system is a plus
