To support our team, we are looking for a motivated Working Student in Data Analysis and Reporting.
Deine Aufgaben / Your Tasks
- Konzeption und Aufbau neuer Excel‑Dateien und Datenmodelle zur Analyse von Produktions‑, Abhol‑ und Bestandsdaten / Conceptual design and creation of new Excel files and data models for analyzing production, dispatch and inventory data
- Zusammenführen, Bereinigen und Strukturieren von Daten aus verschiedenen Quellen / Consolidation, cleansing and structuring data from various sources
- Entwicklung von automatisierten Auswertungen (z. B. mit Pivot‑Tabellen, Power Query) / Development of automated analyses (e.g. using pivot tables, Power Query)
- Vergleich von Ist‑ und Planzahlen sowie Ableitung aussagekräftiger Kennzahlen (KPIs) / Comparison of actual vs. planned figures and derivation of meaningful KPIs
- Aufbau übersichtlicher Reports und Dashboards (Excel / Power BI) / Creation of clear and structured reports and dashboards (Excel / Power BI)
- Weiterentwicklung bestehender Auswertungen mit Fokus auf Skalierbarkeit und Nachvollziehbarkeit / Further development of existing analyses with a focus on scalability and transparency
Dein Profil / Your Profile
- Eingeschriebene/r Student/in (m/w/d), z. B. in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Informatik, Data Science oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang / Enrolled student (f/m/d), e.g. in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or a comparable field
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Excel (Formeln, Pivot‑Tabellen; idealerweise Power Query)
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables; ideally Power Query)
- Erste praktische Erfahrung in Datenanalyse, Reporting, Controlling oder Business Analytics von Vorteil / First practical experience in data analysis, reporting, controlling or business analytics is an advantage
- Grundkenntnisse in Power BI sind wünschenswert / Basic knowledge of Power BI is a plus
- Strukturierte, analytische Arbeitsweise und hohe Zahlenaffinität / Structured and analytical way of working with a strong affinity for numbers
- Selbstständigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Interesse an datengetriebenen Fragestellungen / Independent, reliable working style and interest in data‑driven topics
