Responsibilities:

• Contribute to business development initiatives, including opportunity preparation, pitch development and pipeline structuring
• Translate management discussions into clear next steps, owning documentation, prioritization and follow-through
• Support and continuously improve internal operational processes
• Act as a communication interface between management and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and progress
• Support management communication by preparing and drafting written correspondence and updates
• Develop presentations, summaries and decision-ready materials to support strategic and operational decisions

Your Profile:

• Enrolled student (e.g. Business Administration, Management, Entrepreneurship, Information Systems, Communications or similar)
• Highly organized and structured working style
• Strong written communication skills (very good German, very good English)
• High level of responsibility, discretion and reliability
• Proactive, independent and solution-oriented mindset
• Confident with Google Workspace
• Interest in startups, entrepreneurship, sales and digital business models
