Zur Unterstützung unserer Marketing- und Social-Media-Arbeit suchen wir ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung Werkstudierende Marketing & Social Media (m/w/d)  (Standort: Berlin · Umfang: 15-20 Std./Woche)

KAZÉ ist eines der führenden Manga-Labels in Europa und wird von einer Tochter der HarperCollins Publishers vertrieben. Das Team der Pegasus Manga GmbH bringt seit nunmehr 14 Jahren die spannendsten Manga-Titel nach Deutschland und arbeitet auf einem multi-nationalen Level. 

Deine Aufgaben 

• Unterstützung unseres Social-Media- und Community-Managements bei der Gestaltung unserer Social-Media-Kanäle und Kommunikation mit Fans 

• Vorbereitung und Koordination von Online-Kampagnen in Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams und externen Partnern 

• Erstellung von Online-Content in Bild- und Video-Formaten 

• Trend-Monitoring und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung der deutschen Manga-, Anime- und J-Culture-Szene in ihrer Online-Präsenz 

• Monitoring und Reporting von Kampagnen-Performance 

• Mithilfe bei Vorbereitung, Koordination und Durchführung von Messe- und Convention-Auftritten 

• Mitarbeit bei bereichsübergreifenden organisatorischen Aufgaben 

Dein Profil 

• Du bist aktuell in einem Bachelor- oder Masterstudium eingeschrieben und verfügst über eine gültige Immatrikulationsbescheinigung, idealerweise im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Medien o. Ä. 

• Starkes Interesse an Manga, Anime und japanischer Popkultur 

• Kreativität, Sorgfalt und eine eigenständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise 

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift) 

• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und gängigen Social-Media-Plattformen (Instagram, X/Twitter, Youtube, TikTok) 

• Erfahrung mit und Spaß am Erstellen von Content auf gängigen sozialen Plattformen und Nutzung unterstützender Tools (Canva, Edits, o.Ä.)

To support our marketing and social media work, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a Student Assistant Marketing and Social Media (m/f/d).  (Location: Berlin · Capacity: 15–20 hours per week)

KAZÉ is one of Europe’s leading manga labels and is distributed by a subsidiary of HarperCollins Publishers. The team at Pegasus Manga GmbH has been bringing the most exciting manga titles to Germany for 14 years now and operates on a multinational level.  

Your responsibilities 

• Supporting our social media and community management team in designing our social media channels and communicating with fans 

• Preparing and coordinating online campaigns in coordination with internal teams and external partners 

• Creating online content in image and video formats 

• Monitoring trends and keeping an eye on the competition within the German manga, anime and J-culture scenes online 

• Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance 

• Assisting with the preparation, coordination and execution of trade fair and convention appearances 

• Contributing to cross-departmental organisational tasks 

Your profile 

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree programme and hold a valid certificate of enrolment, ideally in marketing, communications, media or a similar field 

• A keen interest in manga, anime and Japanese pop culture 

• Creativity, attention to detail and an independent, structured approach to work 

• Business-level proficiency in German and English (spoken and written) 

• Proficiency in MS Office and popular social media platforms (Instagram, X/Twitter, YouTube, TikTok) 

• Experience with, and enjoyment of, creating content on popular social media platforms and using supporting tools (Canva, Edits, or similar)
