Man spielt zusammen, lacht zusammen und lernt sich dabei besser kennen. Jetzt möchten wir herausfinden, ob Berlin die nächste Stadt werden kann, in der Buddies ein echter Teil des sozialen Lebens wird.

Wir suchen jemanden in Berlin, der die lokale Studierenden- und Sozialszene kennt und Lust hat, gemeinsam mit uns etwas von Grund auf aufzubauen.

Es ist eine praktische, lokale Growth-Rolle für jemanden, der gern Leute kennenlernt, Kontakte knüpft, Dinge organisiert und herausfindet, was in der Realität tatsächlich funktioniert.

🥷 Deine Aufgaben

• Studentische und soziale Communities mit hohem Potenzial in Berlin identifizieren
• Studentische Game Hosts finden und aktivieren
• Beziehungen zu Wohnheimtutor:innen, Studierendenvertretungen, Eventveranstalter:innen und sozial aktiven Studierenden aufbauen
• Kleine lokale Aktivierungen durchführen, zum Beispiel Spieleabende und Community-Events
• Outreach-Ansätze, Partnerschaften, Ambassador-Kooperationen und wachstumsorientierte Eventformate testen
• Erkenntnisse dokumentieren und beim Aufbau einer Berliner Community von Spieler:innen unterstützen

• In Berlin ansässig und aktiv in der lokalen Studierenden- oder jungen Sozialszene
• Starkes lokales Netzwerk oder die Fähigkeit, schnell eines aufzubauen
• Sicher darin, auf Leute zuzugehen und Dinge offline umzusetzen
• Hands-on-Mentalität, proaktiv und umsetzungsstark
• Interesse an Startups, Growth, Events, Communities oder Jugendkultur
• Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch

🎯 What this role is

We’re looking for someone based in Berlin who understands the local student and social scene and wants to help us build something from the ground up. It is a hands-on local growth role for someone who enjoys meeting people, making introductions, organizing things, and figuring out what works in the real world.

🥷 What you’ll do

• Identify high-potential student and social communities in Berlin
• Recruit and activate student game hosts
• Build relationships with dorm tutors, student reps, event organizers, and socially active students
• Help run small local activations such as game nights and community-led social events
• Rest outreach, partnerships, ambassador-style collaborations, and event-led growth
• Report learnings and help us build a Berlin player community

• Based in Berlin and active in local student or young social circles
• Strong local network or the ability to build one quickly
• Comfortable reaching out to people and making things happen offline
• Hands-on, proactive, and execution-oriented
• Interested in startups, growth, events, communities, or youth culture
• Fluent in German and English
