We are an international company based in Shanghai, specializing in retail packaging solutions for brands in the fashion, lifestyle, and consumer goods sectors. We focus on tailor-made, brand-driven packaging concepts and support our clients from initial idea through to final implementation. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated Intern (m/f/d) in Account Management who is eager to gain hands-on experience in an international B2B environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Support the account management team in day-to-day client work
- Approach and communicate with potential clients (email, LinkedIn, phone)
- Follow up on ongoing projects and coordinate with internal teams and partners
- Maintain and update client and project documentation
- Assist with quotations, presentations, and project status updates
- Gain insight into international retail and packaging processes
Your Profile
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, International Business, Fashion Management, or a comparable field
- Strong interest in retail, packaging, branding, and international business
- Structured, reliable, and proactive working style
- Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
- Confident user of MS Office / Google Workspace
- Initial experience in sales, account management, or customer interaction is an advantage but not required
