Job Requirements

• You can communicate on a professional level in both English and German.

• You enjoy working with customers and are an excellent communicator.

• You have already collected some experience in a customer service or other people-focused environment.

• You are a motivated, proactive team player who is very good at self-organizing.

• Nice-to-have: You love camping or even have your own camper van.

Job Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for owners: Handling inquiries regarding van rentals and insurance services via phone, email, and chat.

• Supporting the onboarding of new owners: Reviewing documentation and ensuring the meticulous maintenance of relevant data.

• Maintaining and updating the knowledge base: Documenting frequently asked questions (FAQs) to continuously optimize internal processes.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams: Identifying potential for improvement and assisting in the implementation of new processes and tools.

• Assisting with project-related tasks: Participating in initiatives such as seasonal marketing campaigns, cross-departmental projects, and events.
