About the employer

The Cluster of Excellence "Integrative Computational Design and Construction for Architecture (IntCDC)" is a leading research initiative of the University of Stuttgart (www.intcdc.uni-stuttgart.de). It aims to harness the full potential of digital technologies to rethink design and construction based on integration and interdisciplinarity. Its goal is to enable game-changing innovation in the building sector for sustainable, inclusive, and high-quality architecture.

 

On September 30, 2025, IntCDC is hosting the "Tag der offenen Tür" (Open House). We are seeking motivated student assistants to support us with the planning, coordination, and running of this event.

 

Location

71336 Waiblingen (suburban railway station “Neustadt-Hohenacker”, line S3)

 

Your responsibilities

  • Prepare communication material

  • Undertake support tasks

  • Participate in coordination meetings

  • Help things run smoothly at the event

Dein Profil

Requirements

We are looking for students who are:

 

  • Able to communicate effectively in English and know some German

  • In possession of a certificate of matriculation (Immatrikulationsbescheinigung) of their university for September 2025 (mandatory) and October 2025 (optional)

  • Able to commute to Waiblingen between September 26 and October 1

  • Dynamic, flexible and motivated to work in this event

  • Punctual and reliable

 

Working experience

Working experience is not mandatory.
