UniferX International GmbH develops, produces, and distributes – also in collaboration with third-party manufacturers – high-quality biostimulants and foliar fertilizers for sustainable agriculture, both organic and conventional. Invented, developed, and made in Germany. To strengthen our small but agile team, we’re looking for a forward-thinking talent who takes initiative, learns fast, and wants to grow with us – starting as a trainee with a clear path to a permanent role.

Your responsibilities – hands-on, strategic, international

• Support and monitor production processes at toll manufacturers – from planning and formulation to quality control
• Assist in the development and testing of new products in our technical lab
• Contribute to the expansion of our international business – including market research, analysis, and partner communication
• Support the executive team in day-to-day operations, project coordination, and strategic initiatives
