A postdoctoral position (f/m/x) in the field of mathematical optimization is available in the research group led by Prof Dr Frank Vallentin.
YOUR TASKS
Teaching courses (e.g., Introduction to the Mathematics of Operations Research)
Supervision of bachelor’s and master’s theses
Participation in the joint research activities of the group, which conducts research at the intersections of mathematical optimization, discrete mathematics, geometry, algebra, and computer science
