12 – 20 hours per week
Your tasks are:
- You take on 1st level support tasks, helping with technical issues and questions.
- You assist in evaluating and testing new hardware and software solutions.
- You contribute to smaller IT projects and, depending on your experience, take on independent tasks.
- You help maintain, administer, and further develop our existing IT infrastructure.
Dein Profil
What we expect from you:
- You are currently studying (Business) Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field
- You bring initial practical experience in IT support or system administration – for example through internships, vocational training, personal projects or work experience.
- You are confident in working with Microsoft applications and services as a user (e.g. Windows, Office 365, Teams).
- Ideally, you have some basic knowledge of ticketing systems, AD/Azure AD, networkingor even MS Navision – but it's not a must.
- You communicate fluently in English and have good German skills, both written and spoken.
