What it is about:

We are conducting a scientific study exploring rhythmic attention. As a participant, you will sit in front of a monitor displaying two flickering lights, while we track your eye movements and behavioral responses.

The entire session, including setup, explanation, and practice trials, will take approximately 1 - 2 hours.
 

Compensation:

Participants will be compensated with 8 Euros per hour.
 

Where and When:

Timeslots are between 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. 

The study takes place at the 
German Primate Center
Hans-Adolf-Krebs-Weg 7, 37077 Göttingen.

Participants will be picked up at the gate northwest of the Kellnerweg parking lot. (Map with meeting point in pdf)

Who can partake:
You are eligible to participate if all of the following apply:
 

  • You do not have:
    • Epilepsy or photosensitive migraine
    • Any neurological or psychiatric disorders
    • Sensitivity or discomfort caused by strong flickering lights
  • You are between 20 and 40 years old
  • You have normal or corrected-to-normal vision
    (preferibly contactlenses if possible, glasses may interfere with the eye-tracking)
