What You'll Do
We are seeking a motivated Working Student to support both our Compensation & Benefits Team and our HR Services Team. In this role, you will provide valuable support across a range of operational and administrative activities related to employee benefits and HR processes.
Your responsibilities will include assisting with the ongoing operations of our internal MyBenefits platform, such as the continuous monitoring and testing of benefits, system data, eligibility criteria, and user populations, particularly in response to any changes. You will support a variety of benefit processes, such as those related to childcare and document verification, as well as employee communications about our benefit offerings. In addition, you will help manage and administer various employee benefits, such as family offerings and sports memberships, and ensure timely and accurate updates on our insurance portal.
You’ll draft and send monthly e-mails promoting our benefit offerings and conduct structured market research on benefit packages and alternative service providers, including preparing detailed comparisons and summaries in PowerPoint. Furthermore, you’ll assist team members with ad-hoc support across a variety of projects, data-related tasks, and communication activities.
This position allows for flexible working hours, accommodating up to 20 hours per week during semesters and up to 40 hours per week during semester breaks. Candidates must be enrolled as full-time students at a post-secondary institution in Germany.
