We’re offering a rare opportunity for a Graduate Project Engineer to join our experienced project management team on a landmark €250 million pharmaceutical piping project. This role is designed for someone who is ambitious, technically minded, and eager to grow into a future project management role.

You’ll work under the direct mentorship of the Project Manager and gain hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle — from planning and procurement to installation and commissioning.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting the Project Manager with day-to-day coordination and oversight of engineering and construction activities
  • Attending site meetings, tracking progress, and following up on actions with multiple stakeholders
  • Assisting in preparation of technical documents, RFIs, drawings reviews, and installation packages
  • Monitoring site progress, quality, and compliance with design, HSE, and project timelines
  • Collaborating with design teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and the client to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Gaining exposure to cost control, scheduling, procurement, and contract administration
  • Participating in commissioning and handover phases
  • Shadowing senior team members to understand the practicalities of project leadership
     

Dein Profil

What We’re Looking For:

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering (or similar discipline)
  • 0–2 years post-graduate experience in a technical or construction environment (internships count)
  • A proactive attitude with excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility over time
  • A long-term interest in project management and multidisciplinary coordination
  • Willingness to be based on-site and adapt to a fast-paced, team-driven environment
  • Must be able to speak German / English fluently
