Supporting the Supply Chain Operations and Asset Management Demo team in implementing Lean Management principles and driving process improvements
Assisting in the introduction and implementation of 5S and Lean concepts in the warehouse environment
Supporting 5S audits and helping to identify areas for improvement
Collaborating with the team to optimize material flows and reduce lead times
Assisting in the development and execution of process improvement projects to achieve cost savings
Supporting the implementation of visual management tools, including key performance indicators and daily performance dialogues.
Preparing and maintaining Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Collaborating with various teams to promote Lean methods and practices and sharing best practices
Dein Profil
You are a Bachelor or Master student (m/f/d) enrolled in one of the following majors: Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
You have already gained first-hand experience in Lean Management or process optimization, either through internships, coursework, or other practical experiences
You have basic knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and ideally some experience with PowerPoint and presentation skills
You have excellent communication skills in German, both written and spoken. English is a plus
Your strengths include a proactive work attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
You live in or near Hamburg and will work mostly onsite at the Olympus main warehouse in Hamburg-Allermöhe
